I mentioned a few blogs ago I wanted to share how we (Liz and I) live as born-again Christians. I guess as true believers. I say this because there are so many denominations, and even more opinions and I wanted to set the stage of foundation of how I am approaching all of this.
For Liz and me, we see our faith in Jesus as being paramount. He is first in everything, starting with our relationship with each other. In fact, our faith and what is going on around us takes up a lot of our talk time.
My Evangelism Efforts
As you may know, I am building out a AI designed business automation infrastructure /system, strategy and process for business owners, to help get their businesses profitable. Once they achieve this, I don't want them thanking me but thanking God. This is my form of evangelism.
Once business owners 'get it' they will understand why they need to become pastors of their own organisations. Their staff look up to them (you) as the source of their income and also in many cases, follow their lead. Especially if they put Jesus first.
I see this is a 2-pronged attack. The church wants to bring people to faith, so their brief is quite broad, and they look to bring people into the church from the bottom up. And therefore for the business owner to become a pastor, he can work from the top down with his or her captive audience, i.e., their staff.
More than 57 Varieties
Being a very driven person and since I got baptised, I've been focused on this earlier revelation that I was to create a church or some such organisation. However over time, my realisation is/was, there are in the region of three and a half thousand Christian denominations, and I got to realise I'm not sure God needs me to start yet another church and then begin pleading with people to make offerings to keep the lights on and pay the salaries!
At the time of this realisation, I shared what I believed was my calling about building this business-related entity, with a popular person in a particular church. Guess what, they cautioned me, initially asking, do you think this is 'of God', or 'for God'. At the time I was new to all of this faith related life, and was not quite sure how to respond, especially as the inference was, Don't get carried away with yourself.
Now, some years later is very clear. It's both. Let me explain. What I've done is to analyse and test everything B2B businesses do to generate new business. I've now completely rewritten a process from start to finish.
Having run, sold, and marketed businesses, I know the process inside out. I've now built an automation system that can change how every B2B operates (in the world!) I also recorded a 30-hour training course to help align B2B go-to-market teams.
All-in-all and enormous amount of work, however, I am one person on a mission. I've done all this working single handedly, making use of all the same resource is as the next person. I also developed The Standard website.
Combining work and faith, I do not believe for a second I could be on the threshold of changing something so significant such as the entire B2B approach to new business generation and for this to have been a solo effort (and some unprecedented and relentless support from Liz).
Therefore I'm unequivocally clear that God has driven me forward. I also know for a fact if anyone had told me what I would need to do, learn, research and test, how much it would cost and how long it would take, I would never have done it. I am a very good salesperson, and could have worked anywhere, sold loads of gear or equipment, kept my head down and earned a fortune and retired.
Instead I've been driven to change B2B because it does not work in terms of sales and marketing, as all the technology was designed for the consumer market and businesses buy differently, hence the failure rates and low revenues - by changing this, changes everyone's outlook, and future.
Lose Everything to Understand Value
I know first-hand what it’s like to lose everything and how damaging a failed infrastructure can be when you're being told this is all there is so just get your head down, get on with it and stop complaining!
What I plan to do is throw down the gauntlet and place a challenge to every business that succeeds using these systems when I say, "don't thank me, thank God. And if you don't, don't come complaining to me. If everything goes south"
My view is that way too much water has flowed under the bridge. For too long people have trusted in themselves, believing they don't need God. And they would be right, they've got freewill, they can do what they want. But no one is saying, if not God, then who. Too many think they're special and can do and achieve anything or everything in their own strength, God's not required. But there are only two options, God or Satan. There is no alternative Heinz 57 flavours of religion to choose from, no matter what anyone says.
One Path, Thousands of Distractions
There is only one God. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Every other god is false, from Allah to the god of the Catholic Church, and the god of the jews. Jesus Himself called the jews a brood of vipers and being of the Synagogue of Satan. The world tells people, hey, you've got this, You don't need some god, just think me, myself, and I. And if you do get started on those silly belief pangs in your conscience, pick up any of the 57 to 3,500 flavours, I'm sure you'll find one you like.
Society is so dismissive, yet more people are coming to faith, especially since the 2020 pandemic. Bible sales are up 50%, Spotify searches are up for Christian music, and now even church attendance is up.
All this is great news, but here's the cautionary note. There is also only one verifiable Bible, the King James Bible. All the other sales of Bibles are making money for the publishers who have changed the words and meanings. I wrote an article about this on The Standard, which is proven to be one of the most popular.
Centuries of Attack by The Enemy
Over the past 60 years, there's been steady decline in church attendance. But why? 60 years ago the pill became available, eastern mysticism was popularised by the Beatles, and the NIV (The New International Version) Bible was published. I've heard pastors call it the nearly infallible version. Ha! funny! The Old Testament was translated by Westcott and Hort - both CofE and both involved in the occult. The publication of the NIV itself was overseen by homosexual activist called Virginia Ramey Mollenkott (1932-2020).
During this time, there's also been the rise of the prosperity gospel preachers, further damaging the church’s' credibility.
Today as a result of left-wing ideology, the UK Church of England is now led by a pro-abortion woman who is happy to affirm gay marriage. Just like Mollenkott.
To put this into perspective, we are dealing with the rise of Islam, the capitulation of the Church, i.e., the Catholics, King Charles, the rest of the Church of England and the rise of the One World Order, starting with the One World religion (which was signed into agreement on the 18th of September 2015 in South Korea and ratified by Catholics, Jews and. Muslims) clearly shows things are ramping up.
Kumbyar M'Lord is not on the cards.
Ecumenicalism is sold as every religion together. You may have seen this as the illustration of coexist. This is absolutely 100% not what God wants. We are not to coexist in the spiritual sense. There are no other gods but Him. And he is a jealous God, The Bible is 100% clear and specific,
You just need to read the Old Testament from Isiah to Malachai - God spoke through His prophets - what they said about the jews behaviour and what they did then was jaw-dropping. God saw how bad it had become and sent Himself to fulfil His law - Aaaaand the jews killed Him. That was 33 AD - Fast forward to now - nothing has changed, the jews still despise and blaspheme Jesus.

Which brings me back to the rise in interest regarding the Christian faith. With all these new people attending church, what is the church going to do? If the past 60-70 years is anything to go by, showing a steady decline, the Church has proved time and time again, it is no different to the world it is/was supposed to be guiding.
When pastors or ministers say well, love is love and turn a blind eye to abortion and also applaud Islamic invasion dressed up as refugees fleeing persecution or war - when everyone is a provable economic migrant bought over here, by design of the left AND the right. How on earth can a new believer or seeker (as they are frequently called), disseminate the difference between genuine faith and discipleship from a church-based organisation when confronted with more brainwashing from left wing activists, who, knowing or deliberate, are looking to keep people from God rather than help get them closer to Him.
Who's on Your Side?
If people stop trying to pigeon-hole factions and work out who is looking to kill whom and what group do they belong to and so on - just look at the two main sides - you'll see, they're either for God or for Satan. I don't care what colour their skin is, or what traditional dress they choose to wear. If they have one iota of a bad intention toward their fellow man, they're pro-Satan, no matter what badge they try to hide behind.
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17) and that means listening to people talk about faith and reading the Bible for yourself.
Conviction is recognising our sin and knowing only God can forgive, not as Catholics believe, going to confession! Baptism is acknowledging we must change and not to re commit these sins - that's called repentance. Baptism is to die with Christ, become a new creation, and be cleansed from sin. That's called being made holy, 'sanctification'.
FYI: Infant baptism is a nonsense! It does not exist in the Bible. A baby cannot repent of sin and cannot acknowledge Jesus as being Lord of their lives. Only belief and faith in God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit 'saves'. And for those naysayers, who tell everyone you don't need to get baptised, because in Romans 10:9 it says, 'believe in your heart and confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord' and you're good to go! But not without repentance, and for me, I cannot see any other way of establishing my commitment and proof I am a believer, other than getting baptised. Bearing in mind, Paul did not baptise anyone, but thousands got baptised throughout the New Testament.
Where to Go From Here?
If you, or anyone you know is not up for wiping his/her fellow man off the face of the earth (send them back to their country is perfectly fine!), then maybe, just maybe, you or they might be up for learning more about Jesus - what He did, first and second time He came to earth (yes I know what I said) and understanding what's in store when He returns to clean up this mess that Satan has created.
Everything is a choice in the same way, attending church is a choice. Nothing gives anyone a free pass to heaven. Nor is anyone else responsible for your (or someone else's) salvation. Nor can a parent’s decision to give a baby a wash in church when they are a few months old, make any difference to that individual, unless they are old enough to understand they have sinned and need a Redeemer; salvation only comes from the Lord.
I despair now what has happened in the organised church. Naturally there are some good pastors and preachers out there, but as I said, they're not responsible for your salvation.
But when it comes to 'new enquiries', delivering the same old lines and beliefs will only have the same long-term effect. 'If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got'. New 'enquiries' will turn up, see there is very little difference between the church and the world - and simply fall back into their old ways.
You, me, we need to be the difference! Collectively, we need to keep reading, researching and learning if we are to be of service to the Lord. We are expected to be ready to share the gospel whenever the opportunity arises. This means being able to handle or point people in the right direction, especially with the more difficult questions, when you/we are still getting our heads around difficult subjects, we need a go-to person or website, or, dare-I-say, church.
I headed this blog Foundational Evangelism as I wanted to put my stake in the ground to show you where I'm coming from and what compels me to write, post these blogs, run and manage The Standard website and so on. I'm not keen on street-corner evangelism as I sense people think the activists are mad - even though we know they're not. My effort is based upon meeting people where they are. This seems to work - we get about 30,000 people reading the site every year.
If this encourages you to do something, anything, that helps spread God's Word, then that's got to be a good thing.
Know that you are blessed. Until next time.
All the best, Nigel
Next week: Tin foil hats, prescription drugs, and finally a way out!
